A flexible open floor plan with distinct entrances was designed to accommodate a single user or multiple separate tenants. This cost-effective approach allowed the client to have multiple interior uses over the lifespan of the building. Additionally, the cost-disciplined construction reduced the building’s operating and energy expenses through use of low maintenance, durable materials, effective natural daylighting, and a thermally-efficient building envelope.

 

Wynn + Associates Architecture provided pre-construction visualizations enabling the building owner to market to potential tenants. This allowed concurrent tenant improvements to be made while the building’s shell and core were completed so new tenants could tailor the design of the lighting and mechanical systems to meet their needs.
