Stefan Wynn

Owner, Architect

Stefan A. Wynn brings a broad world view experience and fine art foundation to each of his projects as the Principal of Wynn + Associates. He leads the firm’s architecture, design, planning, and construction management services for commercial and residential clients. Stefan offers a complete set of skills including a fine art background, extensive planning and construction management skills, and total project management expertise. Additionally, Stefan specializes in practical solutions through a deep understanding of the technical, and sometimes complex, details required for a successful project.

As part of his artistic foundation, Stefan has collaborated with many craftsman, artisans, and fabricators to create innovative solutions and build lasting relationships that expand his creativity and service to clients. A formative element of his schooling and experience has been shaped by travel and his personal artistic endeavors. Each one of the experiences enriched his sense of design, order, and human interaction. Stefan traveled to England to study art and architecture, Japan to study gardens and temples, and The Kingdom of Tonga to apprentice with a wood carver. His experience was further enriched by travel around the globe twice, incorporating treks in India, Nepal, and Morocco, solo traveling through Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe; and surfing adventures in Mexico, Fiji, and Australia.

A licensed architect in the State of Washington and Hawaii, Stefan graduated with a BA in Fine Art from University of California at San Diego and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
